Delete your Encoriva account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Encoriva app and website, and what happens to your information.

How to request deletion

Email support@encoriva.com from the email address on your Encoriva account.
Use the subject "Delete my Encoriva account" and include your Encoriva username.
We'll confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile: name, username, email address, bio and profile photo
Your uploaded songs, beats and cover art
Your likes, playlists, notifications and login sessions
Your collaboration, booking and beat requests, and your Power 813 radio submissions

What we may keep

Split sheets you signed with other people, because they are shared agreements the other contributors rely on. Your name stays on those signed sheets.
Records we must keep by law, such as copyright takedown notices, for up to 3 years.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can delete any song or beat you uploaded yourself, anytime, from your Studio. To have other information removed, email support@encoriva.com.
